This website is operated by Vyro Fitness ("we", "us"). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Orders
All orders are subject to stock availability. If an item is unavailable, we'll notify you and offer a full refund or a replacement of similar quality.

3. Pricing and payment
All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. Payments are processed securely through Yoco. We never store your card details.

4. Product information
We aim for accurate descriptions and images. Colours may vary slightly from screen to screen. The set is for general fitness use. Consult a doctor before starting any new exercise routine, and use the equipment as intended.

5. Delivery
See our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, but we'll always work to resolve delays.

6. Returns and refunds

7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Vyro Fitness is not liable for injury or loss resulting from misuse of the products. Nothing here excludes your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.
