Changed your mind?
You can return your order within 7 days of receiving it, for any reason. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. You cover the cost of returning the item.
Faulty, damaged or wrong item?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll replace the item or refund you in full, and we cover the return shipping.
How to return
- Message us on WhatsApp or email with your order number.
- We'll confirm and give you return instructions.
- Send the item back and share the tracking number.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Original shipping is non-refundable on change-of-mind returns (shipping is free, so this only applies if you cancel after dispatch).
Not covered
Items that show signs of use, wear or damage caused after delivery.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA).
